7. Applicable Law

7.1. Should we not be bale to resolve any disagreement amicably and court proceedings become necessary then you agree that the court of South Africa or a jurisdiction of RPO’s choice will be used.

7.2. Should you breach these Terms and Conditions and RPO decides not to enforce its rights at the time then RPO reserves the right to pursue such enforcement of its rights and remedies at a time convenient to RPO at a later date.
